Most places buy it.
We make it.
Vertical integration is a boring phrase for a simple thing: the people who make what you're drinking are the people handing it to you.
Roasted in the building you're standing in
We buy green coffee and roast it here, in small batches, on a schedule set by how fast the neighborhood drinks it. That means the bag you take home was roasted days ago, not last quarter. It also means when a roast isn't right, there's nobody to blame but us — and nothing stopping us from fixing it by Thursday.

A winery with a bar attached
We make our wine on California's Central Coast — our fruit, our calls, our name on the label. Minimal intervention, a little sulfur, no fining, no filtration. And because we make it rather than resell it, we can ship it to you ourselves.

03 — Beer
Coming early 2027
Two beers, brewed by us
A clean lager and a sessionable West Coast IPA, made the same way we make the wine: ourselves. Cans to take home, kegs on the wall in Los Feliz. We'll tell you the day it pours.
Consciously crafted in California
Coffee and wine, made by the same people who hand it to you. One room on Hyperion, and beer on the way.
Taste the whole argument in one sitting
Come in for a cortado, stay for a glass of Homegirl. It's the fastest way to understand what we've been building.
